Booking is done online in a few minutes from our reservation page. Choose your dates, your pickup location and your vehicle; your request is logged straight away, then an advisor checks availability and confirms the booking by email.

The driver must be at least 25 on the pickup date and have held a valid driving licence for more than one year.

A valid national driving licence is enough for a tourist stay. An International Driving Permit is recommended for non-EU drivers, alongside the home licence and never instead of it.

As soon as your dates are set, especially in high season (December to April) and for family classes (SUVs, MPVs), which go first. In low season, booking a few days ahead is usually fine.

Yes. The additional driver must be present when the contract is signed, with their own licence, and must meet the same age and licence-held requirements. Never take the wheel unless you're named on the contract: you would not be covered in an accident.

Yes, at no cost: since no payment is taken online, you can cancel or change your booking at any time before pickup. Just let us know by email as soon as you can. Date or vehicle changes depend on availability.

Third-party liability insurance is included with every rental: it covers damage you cause to others. A Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be added: it caps your liability for damage to the vehicle without removing it. An excess still applies, and theft, attempted theft and vandalism are generally not covered.

A card hold, equal to the excess amount, is placed on the driver's card at pickup. It is not charged — just made unavailable, then released on return if the inspection matches.

Payment for the rental is made on site, when you collect the vehicle, by cash or card. A credit card in the main driver's name is required for the deposit; debit and prepaid cards are not accepted for the security hold.

Yes, the vehicle is handed over clean and with a full tank. You return it with the same fuel level. A petrol station is within ten minutes of both airports.

At our agency at Grand-Case–Espérance Airport (SFG). If you land at Princess Juliana Airport (SXM) or are staying elsewhere on the island, we can deliver the vehicle to you on request — just mention it when you book.

Share your flight number when you book: we track your flight and adjust the pickup time if it's delayed. If you land late and would rather not drive at night, next-morning delivery to your accommodation is possible.

Yes, subject to the terms, including between the French and Dutch sides of the island. There is no border or paperwork to move from one side to the other.

No, all our rentals have unlimited mileage. Saint-Martin is a small island: you can explore both sides freely.

You drive on the right, as in mainland France and North America, on both sides of the island. No formalities to cross from the French side to the Dutch side. Our detailed tips are in the article Driving in Saint-Martin.

Not necessarily. A compact is fine for the coast and villages. An SUV or crossover is more reassuring for the backcountry, Pic Paradis and the access tracks to some beaches. Compare the classes on the our fleet page.

Yes, anywhere on the island, French side or Dutch side. Avoid unpaved tracks that aren't allowed under the contract, and leave nothing visible in the cabin at beach stops.
